  • The prices are per apartment/day for 2 persons (children under 2 years free)
  • 15% surcharge for stay of less than 3 nights
  • Surcharge for each additional person/day € 18.00
  • Deposit 30% of the final price in each case
  • Arrival and departure: daily
  • Departure until 10 am or according to agreement
  • The apartments are ready for occupancy from 3 pm on the day of arrival.
  • Mühlrast and the apartments are non-smoking. We therefore ask to smoke on the terrace/balcony and to close doors and windows
  • Baby cot & high chair: 9,00 €/day
  • Dog: 14,00 €/day (no food)
  • Small Dog: 7,00 €/day (no food)
  • Breakfast hours: from 8-10 am
  • Breakfast: 15,00 € per day/person
  • Breakfast for children (2 - 12 years): 10,00 € per day/child
  • Additional cleaning (on request): 15,00 €
  • The visitor's tax is added to the booking price.
  • Cancellations: up to 90 days before the start of the holiday free of charge. From 90-30 days 50% cancellation fee. From 30-0 days 100% cancellation fee.
